what's worked for me

Hello I'm new here.
I was diagnosed with Meniere's June of 2006. I had the usual symptoms.
It got so bad in 2008 I was having 4 vertigo attacks a day, almost every day, for a year.
Over in Japan they found that Meniere's is probably caused by herpes virus attached to the cochlea.
L-lysine is a cheap, OTC anti-herpetic you can get at Walmart, or any grocery or drug store.
I started taking 3000mg a day on an empty stomach in December of 2008. I take 1000mg 3 X daily, between meals on an empty stomach (if the lysine is taken with food it will not bind to the virus).
I have been vertigo free since last May.
Also, the fullness and tinnitus is gone and my hearing is like 90% returned.
I suggest you follow my l-lysine routine.
Mind you it takes about 4 months, maybe longer, to start working, so don't quit after only 2 weeks.
