I have just joined the site, I was diagnosed with Menieres 15 years ago (I am 54). I have been free of it for 5 years but have recently had attacks on a weekly (if not more) basis. I am currently taking Sturgeon and was wondering if anyone recommends this and also if I can take a dieretic with them...if so which one?!?
