caffeine

So I know it's know that caffeine is something to stay away from with menieres, and I have found it to be beneficial, though i do not know why. Does anyone here have any insight?

Meniere's and Barometric Pressure

Hi all. I was diagnosed in 2001. Barometric pressure changes are the worst offender to me. I wonder if anyone else has this symptom. I was pretty fine over the past winter (it was a dry one) and then this spring hit me like a ton of bricks. Because I did not take meds other than the water pill, I also did not do my exercises. Last week I finally went to the doctor who said to get back on the exercises and meds. Now when I do the exercises, I am so dizzy I have to go to bed. Guess it is because i am so de-conditioned. Is anyone else also experiencing this?

Attacks

Since this is my first day and have not taken any medication as of yet I have a quesitions.......

Since my first experience was in the middle of the night that started with terrible noise in my head then moving on to the vomit etc..etc.. I ended up in an ambulance at 3:30am and was hospitalized for 1 1/2 days.

I'm just afraid if this happens again what do I actually do? Do I go back to the hospital? Just continue to vomit with hopes of this stopping along with the noise?

Any/all comments are appreciated.

Thank you

What to expect?

This is my first day of being given the diagnosis of Menieres and have no clue what to expect. Has anybody dealt with this using natural product/organic, acupunture? Should I sStart a salt free diet? Excercies...how is this done, and what are the best/worst excercies...can you do yoga?

What about driving? I'm afraid to get in my car?

Not sure how to wrap my hands around this? Does anyone think this is a stress related disease?

Thank you
